Monday we went to Magic Kingdom. It rained off and on. We did most of the major rides here, and definitely a good cross section of park. The highlight was the updated Haunted Mansion. They expanded the outdoor theming and updated the special effects. It’s killer and not at all stepping on the original stuff that made it great. I got a good score at Buzz Light-year and as always It’s a Small World made us all happy. Tom Sawyer’s island was fun to run around and got use seriously talking about the logistics of fort living. We’re all in if there’s a/c. The cats would love it. We missed the electrical parade, but saw the new animatronic Obama at the hall of presidents. CREEPY. The fireworks were the best. I love shit like that.
