Season 5 Episode 4 of Mad Men addressed some violence against women issues along with one of the main reasons I hate Joan’s husband EX.
A lot of people in my life right now are suffering because of abusive men who have slipped under the radar. Our society still turns a blind eye because it’s “not our business.” Well, FUCK YOU. I’m not going to pretend to be someones friend and let them use my goodwill to float them to another person to manipulate and hurt. I cheered when Joanie finally stood up to her shit head, and I will cheer every time my friends stand up to theirs!
